HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

Booking an Appointment

Most imaging exams, including CT scans and ultrasounds, require an appointment, which can be booked by phone or in person at any of our clinics. For standard X-Ray exams (e.g., chest X-Rays), appointments are typically not needed. However, certain specialised scans might require prior scheduling. If you are unsure, contact our team for guidance.

We understand that medical procedures can cause anxiety for some patients, so we aim to offer timely appointments to reduce waiting times.

When you book your appointment, our reception team will provide any necessary pre-examination instructions tailored to your procedure.

What to Bring to Your Appointment

To ensure a smooth registration process, please bring the following items:

  • Referral form from your doctor or healthcare provider (required for Medicare rebates).
  • Any previous reports or imaging results related to your upcoming scan.
  • Medicare card for rebate processing.
  • Concession cards, including Health Care, Pension, or DVA cards if applicable.
  • For work-related claims, bring your WorkCover details, including your employer’s insurance information and claim number.

Note: Dr Glenn & Partners accepts all valid referral forms.

ARRIVAL

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete necessary registration and paperwork. This helps us provide efficient service and ensures all your records are in order.
